Higher Fuel Efficiency
Your refueling costs will be lower with fewer deliveries needed.
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) delivery lets you protect the performance of your diesel fleet and lower your emissions without disrupting your day-to-day operations.
DEF is a liquid mixture of 32.5% high-quality urea and 67.5% deionized water used in the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system of diesel engines. Since 2007, Selective Catalytic Reduction systems have become standard in diesel engine trucks. The SCR injects DEF into the exhaust system by a controlled dosing module so it can react with and neutralize harmful NOx molecules in diesel exhaust, converting them to nitrogen and water vapor and cutting the harmful emissions of your fleet.
DEF optimizes your engine’s ability to burn fuel by cutting harmful emissions (and the soot it leaves behind). When the DEF vapor hits your exhaust system, it reacts with the nitrogen oxide (NOx) that burning diesel produces and changes it into harmless water and nitrogen vapor.
Topping up your DEF tank on every 3rd or 4th diesel refuel helps to:
Burn diesel more efficiently due to less build-up in the exhaust pipes
Curtail smog formation and prevent respiratory ailments
Stay compliant with local and national emission regulations
Our commitment to convenience is reshaping the landscape of vehicle maintenance so that our clients can ensure compliance with local, state, and national emission regulations without losing operational efficiency or budget. Add DEF to your fleet operations to see:
Your refueling costs will be lower with fewer deliveries needed.
Your fleet engines stay cleaner, lengthening usability without repairs and replacement needed. Bonus: They stay in operation, maximizing productivity.
Your fleet can reduce NOx emissions by as much as 80%. Vehicles with SCR can run without DEF but may not not be emission standard-compliant, and you could be at risk.
Your trucks will no longer be the source of disruptive exhaust sights and smells.
Most trucks with SCR have easy-to-read gauges so drivers know when to refill DEF tanks to stay emission compliant. On average, DEF tanks need to be refilled after 3-4 diesel tank refills.
We provide high-quality DEF with stringent quality control measures to our clients in two container types so that your team can administer it to vehicles as needed.
