Our fleet management software is our central command center.

We built for our vision of mobile fuel delivery, and we developed our software platform with highly specialized functionalities in mind.
It is able to coordinate across all aspects of our operations seamlessly and enables us to effectively manage our entire fuel delivery process, from scheduling a delivery to tracking the fueling process in real-time.

Our platform brings together data from various sources, from our own Smart Tankers to OPIS to partner fuel card providers to satellite imagery and more. Our AI-enabled software then takes this rich data to help us make key operational decisions, such as planning the most fuel-efficient route, locating the best fuel sources, and dispatching the right service professionals for the job. During the delivery, our platform also allows us to manage and track fueling to be able to respond to any unexpected events. Via our centralized platform, our team can also monitor the health and efficiency of each Smart Tanker, the performance of every service professional, and more.

Over ten years, we have worked with hundreds of customers and delivered more than 10 million gallons of fuel. Every delivery has taught our program something new. Now we’re harnessing the power of AI to better serve you.

Our entire business hinges on our ability to deliver energy to customers when and where they need it, in the most efficient way possible. This challenge demands customized coordination to meet customer needs: deliver “W” amount of energy, of “X” type, at “Y” latitude/longitude, at “Z” time, leveraging Booster’s distributed network of assets, from drivers to fuel types to tankers.

When we started, plenty of companies offered delivery & route planning software, but Booster’s rapidly expanding business model required something more. We needed to navigate a multitude of industries to deliver fungible goods to customers at all hours of the night and day. The same 100 gallons of renewable diesel can be delivered to Amazon, to the local school buses, and your local landscaper, all at different times with different fueling requirements.

To optimize for the most efficient routes to deliver the right fuels to the right clients meant we had to build something new.

So, with John Carlsson, a published scholar and professor at the University of Southern California’s Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, our team created a new solution where none was previously available: Kasparov.

Kasparov started as an internal tool to help optimize routes based on internal operation needs and cost optimization of labor.

10+ million gallons of delivered fuel later, Kasparov now powers everything we do using complex business logic that takes real-world factors into account when evaluating possible routes including traffic, weather conditions, and fuel demand to improve the experiences of our customers and our team – making decisions almost instantaneously.

And Kasparov will continue to improve to better intuit, better predict, and better help our team and our customers with every update.
