At Enterprise Rent-a-Car’s busiest airport location, employees were spending more than 40 minutes per vehicle refueling at the gas station. That means that every 36 vehicles in need of refueling could cost the company a whole 24 hours.  That was all time that could have been better spent servicing engines or helping customers navigate complicated reservation systems.
