We are thrilled to announce that Nick Tyshchenko is joining the Booster team as our new VP of Technology & Product.
Nick has more than 15 years of experience building platforms at the intersection of innovation and scale. He will bring deep expertise in product strategy, engineering leadership, and AI/ML development to our team.
“I’m joining Booster because this is where the energy industry’s next chapter gets written, and I intend to help write it. Booster has built something most companies can only dream of achieving: a proven operational platform with real enterprise customers, real scale, and a roadmap that points toward something much larger than mobile fueling. My focus is on accelerating BoosterOS into a true multi-product, multi-tenant SaaS platform that powers the entire energy supply chain: from last-mile delivery to procurement, routing, and beyond. The path to becoming the full energy management platform is in front of us, and I’m here to lead that evolution with speed and conviction,” Nick told us ahead of his first day on the team.
Nick’s career spans a remarkable range of industries – from co-founding BKSTG, a mobile fan engagement platform, to leading technical product and innovation at Ticketmaster, where he built the AI-powered Verified Fan program to combat ticket scalping. He went on to serve as VP of Technology and Product at Endeavor, the global entertainment and sports giant, before stepping into the CPO role at GoSource, a proptech company modernizing the U.S. construction industry.
Nick’s approach with every industry has been first to understand – the customer experience, the team’s real on-the-ground needs, and the market’s expectation. With each industry, he has taken a hands-on approach, digging into daily tasks of the job, learning the legacy processes that enable it, and the nuances and regulatory frameworks that can create roadblocks. He uses this deep understanding to streamline processes and build products that make the day-to-day work easier. He has the rare ability to connect the technical, the practical, and the strategic, whether navigating team workflows alongside P&L needs, defining product roadmaps, or architecting technical infrastructures at scale.
Nick is known for translating complex technical vision into market-ready products. He has a consistent track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams, launching SaaS platforms, and integrating emerging technologies – including generative AI and machine learning – into real-world business strategy. His practical approach and strategic mindset will accelerate the evolution of BoosterOS so that we can better serve customers across the energy supply ecosystem.
Please join us in welcoming Nick to the Booster team!
